Have a question before booking? Here are the answers to some of our most common general enquiries to help you plan your visit and enjoy your Gibraltar experience with confidence.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is recommended — especially during busy periods, cruise days, and weekends. This guarantees your preferred tour time and ensures availability.
How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our contact page, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Once booked, we send you confirmation details and pickup instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Pounds Sterling (£)
Euros (€)
Most major electronic payment options (ask for availability)
Payment terms may vary depending on the tour or experience booked.
Are entry tickets included in the tour price?
For tours that enter the Gibraltar Nature Reserve (such as the 5-Stop and 7-Stop Tours), all entry tickets are included unless stated otherwise. No hidden charges.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes! Our taxi tours and many experiences are family-friendly. If you’re travelling with very young children, just let us know so we can ensure comfort and safety.
Are your tours suitable for elderly guests or people with limited mobility?
Yes. Our tours are designed to minimise walking and provide easy access to the main attractions. If you have specific mobility requirements, let us know so we can adjust the route.
Can I bring luggage or bags on the tour?
Small bags and backpacks are no problem. If you’re carrying larger luggage, please inform us beforehand so we can accommodate it safely.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. If visiting caves or tunnels, the ground can be uneven, so sturdy shoes help.
In summer: bring water, sunscreen, and a hat.
In winter: bring a light jacket.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Gibraltar’s weather is usually pleasant, but if conditions affect the safety of your tour, we will:
Adjust the route
Delay the start time
Offer an alternative
Or reschedule where possible
Your safety comes first.
Do tours run on public holidays?
Yes, most tours operate year-round. Some attractions may have altered opening hours on public holidays, but we will advise you when booking.
